I agree. I stopped by Otsuka yesterday for a standard DH https://wbc2008.com/core/top.php session. (Note: Japanese skills are a must.) They were clicking on all cylinders but probably not as busy as usual. As a rule it's tough to get a booking with Kirishima-san but yesterday it wasn't a problem.

Seems like things are getting quieter week by week though? Less foot traffic in general around the cities / stations with the numbers of cases going up.

Down here in Australia, all such venues have been forced to close down for the duration. Even private girls operating from home are banned.

Easy to find, big sign. I stopped at a random place and had a quick beer, and bought one at the convenience store.

Entered and there was a woman at the counter, along with a couple of guys. I would not say they were super friendly, but nice enough and spoke English. There is another soapie right next door but I didn't check them out. I asked if it was OK for me to drink my beer there and they basically freaked out and were just about to turn me away for drunkeness but I managed to convince them that one beer was not going to turn me into a violent criminal so I went outside and around the corner and sucked down the beer.

Went in and they explained the system. I was there for a nuhru massage, minimum time required was 70 minutes for 40,000 yen, expensive but you only live once. The options started at 30 minutes. You then go into a room with chairs along the wall, and the girls come in one by one, announce their name and then leave. I have to say the first few were young enough but pretty large, larger than I wanted to deal with. Of course they don't look like on the website, but I was somewhat shocked.
