Many delivery health agencies have girls who provide off menu items, however as the previous post stated, it's considered illegal in Japan. As most of these places are licensed, these services are not stated. If an agency were to find out there employees were offering off menu items, they would get into trouble. Therefore specific girls providing full service is rarely discussed on a public forum in Japan.

I have had success with delivery health providers in the past in obtaining western style escort services from THC and other places. I have also been turned down FS as well. Besides THC, you could try Nasty Dolls or Asian Mystique. These are gaijin friendly delivery health agencies that have providers who offer FS. Usually FS requires an extra tip to make it worth it for these unnamed providers. Hint, the nastier stuff they offer on their menu items, the more likely you'll get FS.

Soaplands are your best bet. I've gone to paradise inn at Kawasaki. It's a haul getting there, but well worth it. You can also try soaplands in Yoshiwara and various places in Shinjuku or Shibuya. It's best if you speak some Japanese to access those places. Some are gaijin friendly and some are not.

When I visit Tokyo this summer, I fully intend to visit paradise in Kawasaki. They are gaijin friendly, none of their staff will turn you away, girls are very attractive, and in most soaplands, FS is a given due to a loophole in the law.

If you want the delivery health option, use a love hotel, not yours. It's just more practical.

Full service is illegal at unlicensed shops. You are far safer going to a soapland or a brothel area where it is legal. When it comes to deflation in Japan, possibly the most inexplicable indicator is the price for prostitution — as in, how low can you go?

But, according to Shukan Bunshun (Feb. 5), the recent bust of a budget "delivery health" health chain that is alleged to have dispatched female employees to love hotels and rental rooms to engage in full sex (honban) was due to a fall in something else entirely: business morals.

On January 17 and 18, Tokyo Metropolitan Police took Koji Yoshida, 61, the president of chain Sankyu Group, and 20 others into custody for violating the Anti-Prostitution Law at six locations in Tokyo.

The 65 outlets within the group specialize in low fees, and, with an annual turnover averages 400 million yen per year, it is a successful business model.

"They undercut the competition, which charges around 10,000 yen for the first hour, with a starting price of 3,900 yen for 30 minutes," says a reporter covering the police beat.

The typical delivery health outlet provides erotic services as dispensed by the mouth and hand of a masseuse — meaning one step short of honban.

"But the Sankyu group was discovered to have been allowing prostitution," continues the writer.

Considering rumors had previously abounded about the practice, this was not the main issue in the eyes of the police. Rather, the bust was an outcome of the group's pursuit of rapid expansion.

An industry insider tells Shukan Bunshun that an initial outlay of 3,900 yen means roughly 1,900 yen will go to the masseuse, which is hardly a reasonable wage.

"So instead of providing full sex, the girl would often coax the customer into the (more expensive) one-hour plan," says the insider. "This raised the average per-customer take, which allowed the group to recruit a lot female employees during a struggling economy. ".

It was here, however, that the Sankyu Group overstepped its bounds, an investigator tells the magazine.

Perhaps ironically, outlets in the Sankyu Group had received a stamp of approval from a certification association for businesses in the fuzoku industry that was formed last year to combat such injustices.

Sex parlor employee accused in attempted robbery of post office.

TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a male employee of a sex business for ordering an accomplice to rob a post office in Suginami Ward last year, reports TV Asahi (Feb. 6).

On October 17, Taiju Masuda, 21, entered the post office, located in the Koenji area, and allegedly thrust a knife in front of a female staff member. "Hand over the money," he reportedly threatened.

The woman then responded, "I can't hand over money. " Meanwhile, another staff member sounded an alarm. Masuda then fled the scene empty-handed in the direction of Asagaya. According to police, Shota Nishimura, an employee at a fuzoku (commercial sex) parlor, ordered Masuda to carry out the crime. Nishimura, also 21, made the request to repay a debt of 250,000 yen owed to an acquaintance.

This simple article shows that touts are criminals. If they could speak English, Chinese or Korean they would scam and steal from foreigners.

Of the shops you mentioned I tried only jk-style and ol-style, plus some other delivery healths and a soapland in Yoshiwara.

So far I had a lot of expensive fun in Tokyo (last time this November) and I never had problems with my basic Japanese, being a Gaijin or scams of any kind.

I highly recommend not to trust the touts encountered on the street in Kabukichō or other places. Simply ignore them and only go to the shops for which you have done your research in advance. 99% of scams stem from not following these simple rules, in Tokyo as in the rest of the world.

I was in Japan for three weeks back in October / November. I meant to post about some of my experiences when they were much fresher in my memory, but better late than never. 1. You should go back to my detailed reports to see what I paid, but the prices listed on the shops' websites in the "System" section are accurate. I probably paid an extra Y2,000 each time as a nomination fee, which is listed on the site but hard to read because they show a lot of the price info as a graphic (as opposed to text) so it doesn't get translated by Google.

2. The phone operator speaks minimal English but it was enough to accurately complete the booking each time. It helps a lot for you to speak very slowly and clearly and be patient -- they might put you on hold a few times during the conversation.

3. The services were all legit in my case, but I didn't request anything exotic.
