Just back from several days last week in Shinjuku and I'm here to report that the BJ scene appears to be dead for Gaijen in Shinjuku. Honestly, you're not liekly to find any. Your best bet is to head to the Asakusa area. There are 2 or 3 soaplands online that are foreigner friendly but if you visit in the daytime especially on a week day, you'll see many other soaplands will wave you in. That said, it's best to do your research on a number of the soapys in the area so you can make sure you're getting a decent one.
