Sorry you had that experience. When your 90 minutes with Jasmin was up, you should have immediately returned to THC's Shibuya location and politely but firmly complained to the guy at the desk who set you up with Jasmin. I don't know what (if any) compensation you would have received, but your complaint would definitely have let them know that you weren't satisfied with your experience and would have put them on notice that Jasmin might not be up to the task of being a WG just yet. After all, Jasmin does mention on her THC profile page that "This is my first time doing this type of job so please treat me nicely."

And on Jasmin's THC profile page, you can write about your experience in the "Leave Review" section towards the bottom of the page. Your review won't appear immediately, it'll be read and then (maybe) published by THC staff a day or two later. Your negative review (if you write it) won't bring your 40,000 yen back, but it'll definitely help other mongers avoid a WG who isn't ready to do a job she's being paid to do.
