I've only been there once, and my experience pretty much mirrored Simonwagstaff's below. Many girls "bigger" than expected (and yes I'm a fat guy myself). But I had fun and enjoyed the Japanese "nuru" experience.

Though it gets mentioned a lot, I haven't really seen any recent reports from Paradise Kawasaki. I was in Tokyo for just a few days, and visited last Saturday afternoon, around 3:00 pm in the afternoon. I was staying near the old Tokyo Tower and took the subway from Daimon Station, no train change. Google maps is amazing, and the subway so precise you can tell what train you should take just by it's arrival time. Got off at Kawasaki and probably now more than 15 minute walk to Paradise. Easy to find, big sign. I stopped at a random place and had a quick beer, and bought one at the convenience store.

Entered and there was a woman at the counter, along with a couple of guys. I would not say they were super friendly, but nice enough and spoke English. There is another soapie right next door but I didn't check them out. I asked if it was OK for me to drink my beer there and they basically freaked out and were just about to turn me away for drunkeness but I managed to convince them that one beer was not going to turn me into a violent criminal so I went outside and around the corner and sucked down the beer.

Went in and they explained the system. I was there for a nuhru massage, minimum time required was 70 minutes for 40,000 yen, expensive but you only live once. The options started at 30 minutes. You then go into a room with chairs along the wall, and the girls come in one by one, announce their name and then leave. I have to say the first few were young enough but pretty large, larger than I wanted to deal with. Of course they don't look like on the website, but I was somewhat shocked. A few better looking ones came in, and one in particular, Tiffany, seemed more energetic and bubbly than the others. I asked to see her and one other girl again, no way. So I picked Tiffany and was happy that I did. 26 years old, nice be cups, nice slim Japanese body and quite pretty when she put her hair up..

But I'the like to point out if you go back pages on this forum and you see the same shops for years and years being reviewed on loop. Suck shops in the cesspits of Tokyo's downtown to murky directions telling you to wonder around some obscure station on the Yamanote loop..

I have been once in Paradise at Kawasaki.

OK, nothing to complain about, but, in fact, what I missed was the excitement to walk around Yoshiwara, being sometimes touted buy the doormen, looking at the pictures and choose a girl, discussing in broken Japanese with the guy at reception, and finally having a session with a non English speaking girl, often not used to service a gaijin. For me Paradise took away the exotic part of the pleasure. My last session at Yoshiwara was with a next door kind of Japanese girl, late 20's, great kisser, the whole 90 min session with all expected actions for 21 K. No taxi back to the station, but for this price. Prices for gaijins have gone down quite a lot since a few years.

I stopped at Dio a few months ago. Minimum charge 1-man. All covered and very little touching allowed by the girls. JanJan in Sugamo would be my recommendation. I think there are other options around Gotanda so could be worth investigating.
