If like me you use Kanda station (or going through), You can not miss the sign for a Thai massage place on the third floor of a building next to the station. Someone posted a review a while back (tried to find it but couldn't). I went there yesterday and was given Maya. It was a great experience. Maya was funny and playful. Read the Tokyo Reporter for an idea of the kind of people you MIGHT be dealing with. Its not a good idea to let them know your hotel room. If you have trouble it will be BIG trouble. Shops that service foreigners aren't high end and many may be illegal or run by criminals. It makes sense to be careful.

I disagree. The bad guys can easily wait for you to exit a love hotel if there is going to be trouble, whereas a regular hotel doesn't want trouble and will be more likely to protect you. I have used Oppai on several occasions and never had no problems at all.
