You can buy this through various pharmacy order stores in Tokyo. For example near Akasaka station there are a couple. The drill is this: Go in, place your order and pay. I can confirm that. It is quite normal to see Japanese guys check in to Love Hotels alone, and cute delivery health girls walking in, and directly to the elevator. That may mean to you an additional 5,000 to 12,000 depending the quality of the hotel you go to.For the same 12,000 Yen you may find a small but need Business Hotel room that you may keep all day long for a repeat.
