Today is the day I decide to exit the game. It has been fun. I had great experiences and some disappointment too.

I live in Kansai but visited these two places on my recent trip to Tokyo.

It was my third time at Happy Berry, a hotel health place in Kabukicho that has been detailed here many times.

Mowtown House bar (3-11-5 Roppongi Minato, www.motownhouse.com). Ex-pats who remember the 'old days' of Roppongi are really down on this place, which apparently used to be much better, but I must say I had a great time here on several nights. It's not guaranteed every night, but the great thing about Mowtown is what happens after the trains stop at 12. Those who are there are there to stay until dawn, and that creates a great party atmosphere. The best thing about the place is the amazing mix of people: Japanese businessmen, drunk and jiving around or canoodling with their young female assistants, flamboyant transvestites, ferocious african hookers, bored housewives or office girls out to party with foreigners, groups of girls on a birthday binge, young guys with anime-style hairdos, japanese women in kimonos dancing to 80's rock, and of course a mix of ex-pat males. Drinks are 1000 yen, so IMO it is better to go for whiskey and sip than beer which I tend to knock back in next to no time. Although there were a number of freelances working the place, I didn't even ask for prices, mainly because of the scams I'the read about, including spiking drinks and taking you to a dark corner to rob. I had several freebie possibilities (and I am neither young nor especially good-looking) but I actually turned them down because I was just enjoying the place and didn't really want to deal with someone in my hotel room the next morning.

I planned to visit Tomato today. As I walked around a saw this shop that wasn't around last time I went to tomato. The entrance to Peach is next to the entrance to tomato. There is a sign outside.
