I concur that AM is your best bet at arranging 2 guys with a girl if you've only got a few days to make it happen and don't speak much Japanese. Kadoebi, which I have been to, has been reported to take foreigners with a "foreigner tax." Unfortunately soaplands are by far and away the most foreigner unfriendly and if you lack Japanese skills things usually get worse. It never hurts to try though. For example I wound up at Kadoebi with a 2000 yen discount because when I passed by they had no customers, but I do speak very good Japanese. The good news is Yoshiwara, where most of the soaplands are, is a relatively safe area where you're highly unlikely to get robbed so it's worth a walk around.

The only pink salon that is 100% no nonsense is hinomaru (do a search for yourself on the forum) but the quality of the ladies is not high. If you go make sure you get Ayaka or Rumi. Otherwise from what I've heard about the other ladies, just leave.

Delivery is exactly what it sounds like. You call a shop and they send a girl to your hotel. I've only used Korean delivery shops and the quality of the play and the girl varies wildly. Also, it's impossible to book over the phone without Japanese skills.

Once again, if you've done proper places in China, don't get your hopes up for Japan especially if you want to directly compare cost / performance.
