Yah, I think it's strategically located in Kawasaki to tap into the lonely Haneda layover mongers like you haha.

I have been in Kawasaki many times (Just to visit that soapland of course) but I have never seen any streetwalkers, it doesn't look so ideal for Tachinbo.

I tried out two massage shops this week. Asian Feeling (Shinjuku) and Miss Puke (Ueno).

What your looking for is soaplands with mat play. Those are the best at the nuru experiences they are not as well published in this forum as they are harder utilize and generally require some Japanese.
