With the pandemic now, I'd guess a lot of that has dried up, but it'll be back once life returns to the new normal later on.

To add to AG's report, I'm a Black man and I would advise you to stay away from any place that has a Nigerian or other African male out front as the tout. They are known to rip you off big time, even going to a bar and using a credit card will find you with unexpected run up charges of thousands of dollars and you're going to be expected to pay it.

Bite the bullet, take a look at places like Tokyo Adult Guide and use the Gaijin friendly services and providers. If you have the time you can do the normal Meet Me, Skout, Tagged, etc. And maybe pick up a stray Pinay, Japanese or Chinese but you will have to put in some time.

Maybe there are, I am only aware of what has been reported here by others. Repeated recommendations are a good sign of good service.

Japan should not be seen as a mongering destination for foreigners. You won't find girls lining up for a few US dollars like Phills or Thailand. Many shops / girls won't service foreigners because of communication difficulties, and their lack of cultural respect. Shops that do service foreigners may be shunned by local punters who see the girls as being "contaminated".

Maybe Google will help you find others, but "Cheap" places may turn out to be scams. Beware of touts who "know a place down the road" and street hookers.

I understand your desire to get loose with some J girls, it can be a wonderful experience. Nampa is my preferred alternative (see separate thread here).
