I was approached by a tout in Kabukichou who spoke some English the other night. I told him I wasn't interested but as I kept walking around he kept at me. I've stayed at the Shinjuku Hilton. From what I remember, it's on the west side of the station in an area of high-rise buildings which are other hotels and office/shopping blocks, some of them with restaurants in. The area is a bit quiet out of working hours but perfectly safe (as is most of Japan.)It?s about 5-10 minutes walk east to the station, taking you past a shopping area with Yodobashi Camera and other electronics and hobby shops, then another 5-10 minutes walk north-east to Kabukicho. Or simply take a taxi from the front of the hotel.Shinjuku station is well connected since you can take the Yamanote line from the JR station.- this goes around Tokyo in a ring, and easily carries you to a number of major stations with red light districts.- Ikebukuro clockwise, and Shibuya, Gotanda and Shimbashi anti-clockwise. Shinjuku is probably fine. I would add Ikebukuro to your list. Shibuya is more for the hipsters, so not as much P4P there.In Shinjuku, if you just want a massage, try Asian Feeling or maybe New Hot Point. In Shinjuku or Ikebukuro, try Hinomaru for more than just a massage. For FS, you should probably contact Asian Mystique. Even though there have been some complaints about declining quality lately, it is still the most "gaijin-friendly" location. AM specializes in foreigners. Club Boo is still a viable choice, although slightly more expensive than AM and marginally less foreigner friendly. For lots of information on all of these locations, use the Search function for the forum, or try Googling them. All these places will have Japanese women. You might also wish to consider a Yoshiwara soapland. There are several that allow foreign clients. I have a friend who is Filipino, and he used AM last year with great success. He also wanted to "score a Japanese chick. " So I think AM would be the easiest for you to use that meets all your requirements. It isn't excessively expensive, but it is certainly not cheap.

In the evening I visited Yoshiwara for a scouting trip. I would suggest taking a cab for about 800 Yen from Uguisudani Station because it looks to be a long hike. The area reminded me of the Kawasaki RLD but is at least 2 to 3 times bigger. I was there early between 7 and 8 PM and the streets were mostly deserted.
