Heading to Tokyo on Tuesday and I just wanted to see if there's any issues with THC or Paradise because of the coronavirus? Are they still currently open and available to foreigners? Yes, you do get FS but not the mat play which is not to be missed.

If you have a layover that long and if that is your budget, then you can get more than an hour at most places in Japan. If you use a delivery health then you will have to get a room somewhere. If you go to a soapland then you you will not need to get a room.

So you cannot even vaguely compare FKK experience with THC or Paradise. FKK is as much about the club and the spectacle and being there for hours on end relaxing eating and fucking.
