It is safe to say that anything being offered by a Nigerian tout will be either extremely poor value at best, or a total rip-off at worst. Stay far away.Chinese massage places, especially the ones fronted by women dragging in customers on the street, are more of a mixed bag. Many are rip-offs that use upselling as well as bait and switch techniques. Some are OK, but overall the percentages are not in your favor.
