I have lived in Almaty for a few years and rarely pay, as there is no need. I have used the almatycallgirl thing but there is a language problem as others have said. Spent 8 days in Almaty and 2 days in Aktau. Aktau still confuses me as there seems to be no P4P there and I have not spent enough time there to find the freebies. Almaty still has Soho, Guns and Esperanza for P4P and also alot of local bars for freebies. I had the combination of both and the freebies were actually better than the working girls. USD300 is totally a rip off! You can negotiate with them. If you are lucky, you can get USD50 overnight.
