In my opinion (and relatively extensive experience) Bishkek is one of those places in the world were the ratio of attractive women to attractive men is miserable seen from a woman's perspective (and great seen from ours). There are many very attractive women there who simply cannot find a suitable male sex partner / boyfriend / husband. On this basis, it is perfectly plausible that it is not something fishy. Yes, many girls do have babies when they are about 20, but far from all (both due to the aforementioned lack of partners and due to modernization). About 30 km from the centre of Bishkek there is a village called Sokuluk (unsure about spelling). The going rate in most saunas is 2000 KGS per girl per hour + 500. 1000 KGS for the room.

I used to dislike the saunas because it seems like a waste to pay for multiple rooms with steam bath, pool etc. When all you want is to have sex. But this is simply the most efficient way to operate if you a) want to select from a large number of girls or be) want to fuck several girls in a row.
