In Bishkek, the best way is to go to a sauna, rent a room and ask the management to call in girls. They will come in teams of 2-8 girls, and they are usually happy to call in 2-3 teams at once, then more teams if you don't like any of them. Usually the first will arrive in 5-10 minutes if you are in the center of town. This gives you the best possibility of finding a nice girl.

I never tried this, but if someone has little Russian or Kyrgyz, would they be able to do OK at a sauna? Are there any saunas where they speak some English?

I'm beginning to feel sorry I missed out in meeting Saule, because I'm coming to learn many of the ads on bi* kg are fake.
