In Bishkek there are many saunas, however you might want to check out the better-end in order to have a choice of some good looking girls. I regularly visit Viking, near Steinbrau restaurant and around the corner from Asian Mountains hotel. You should have no problems finding it and most taxi drivers know it. A bit of Russian is of course handy but not necessary. Just ask for sauna (not for a massage as you will get the massage but no action.). The price for the room is around 1000 KGS for an hour, depending on the room you choose. The spacious rooms are multifunctional: Sauna, small pool, billiards, TV, and two bedrooms (so bring a buddy! ). Ask for girls (devouski) and they normally ask you either Russian or Kyrgyz. My advice is to go for the latter, the sex is better, they put more efforts in it and according to me are less into asking for drinks and smokes! After 10-15 minutes some girls (normally 3-6) will show up and you choose the one to stay. You pay her immediately KGS 2000 for an hour. She leaves and comes back a few minutes later. There is FS and some do BBBJs others use a glove. Little downside, there is an additional fee for the stuff you use (drinks, but also towel, slippers or robe.). Normally a visit to Viking sets me back around 3500 KGS/100 USD, which is good quality/price ratio

If you are a bit lazy, like me, you can also dial 0312-541856 for some escort services. This is the same number Safariman gave and many of the girls that have been posted here work for Irina, the mamasan here. She is really nice, speaks English and just tell her you are looking for a girl. The standard fare is 2000 KGS plus "taxi-fare" which is around 200 KGS. Just a cursory word of warning: Bishkek is not a safe place by any means. Petty crime and simple battery is rampant there. Of the five guys I work with 2 were robbed within ten days of arrival--one was even robbed in front of the entry gate at the Hyatt. The men there practice some type of Central Asian jujitsu where they apply holds and grabs during the course of robbery. If a man asks you what time it is at night do not raise your hand to look at your watch as it's only a ploy to enable him to grab your hand, pin you, and rob you.

No one I know was seriously hurt, but every long-term resident I know there has either been robbed or has a close associate that was. YMMV though.
