I was excited to be moving to the area of Guangzhou in the fall, but a little less now that I'm reading here and there about how massage parlors and saunas are fast becoming a thing of the past, so I guess I'll be making rounds in Macau on weekends and holidays. I've RTFF but have found little details on the certain specific services I'm looking for.

BJs and FS, sure, I can see ladies easily oblige, and arguably there's no finer way to close a session, but I'm specifically into legit Nuru Massages and Prostate Massages, Lingam Massages or Yoni, or even nice soapy / oil massages like in Thailand. Are fishbowl girls (for example) trained (even a little)? Can you walk into a sauna and ask for such specifics? A girl without these skills is less interesting to me, no matter how lovely a cowgirl.

I could (hopefully) be wrong. I'm not kidding myself by expecting Macau to be as plentiful as Thailand, but of all places outside of Bangkok, Macau's got to give some.

I worry bus crowded so not try. News say 3 HR wait to go China / Macao. Macao to HK better less people. Not big crowd last week to good. Try summer in case problem. If have China / HK / Macao visa switch easy

Just came back from Hong Kong and Macau and I struggled to find detailed information online about how to get to Macau from Hong Kong International Airport. Therefore I am sharing my tips after figuring a lot of this out through trial and error.

When you arrive at Hong Kong Airport and exit customs you will be on Arrivals Level L5. This is the level where the Airport Express train is at. You will need to go down to Ground Level L3. There will some signs that say Coach to Mainland / Macau. Ignore those signs. You will be taking the Hong Kong to Macau shuttle bus at HZMB port.

Between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 there are taxi stands and then a series of bus stops on the other side of the street. You need to cross the street and look for bus stop before. The before bus runs a loop from the airport to Asia World Expo then Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) port. You will need an Octopus card or $6 HKD to pay for the bus.

When you arrive at HZMB port. Enter the building, go through HK exit immigration, then there will be a bunch of kiosks directly ahead to buy a ticket. A one-way ticket to Macau costs $65 HKD. You can pay with Octopus or card at the kiosk or with cash at the counter. Buy a ticket then exit the building and follow the signs to board the bus to Macau. The ride will be about 40 minutes. I believe the buses operate well into the night possibly 24 hrs.

When you arrive at the HZMB building on the Macau side. Enter the building, go upstairs, through immigration, then back downstairs to ground transportation. At this point there are some taxis or bus 101 X and 102 X. There routes will be displayed for the bus. If you take the bus in Macau you will need $6 HKD / MOP or a Macau Pass (Octopus cards do not work). There is no place to get change at the HZMB port. Bus 102 X will take you pass the Macau Ferry Terminal where you can hop off and catch a casino shuttle if they are still running. Most casino shuttles stop at midnight. Bus 101 X and 102 X are 24 hrs I believe. Bus 102 X also goes past StarWorld Casino and Wynn in the middle of Macau and near all the action. It continues to Taipa and ends at the Jockey Club. I didn't pay attention to where Bus 101 X goes but you can look that up online.

To return to Hong Kong, take a taxi or bus back to HZMB port in Macau. The return fare is also $65 HKD / MOP. Then take bus before from the HZMB port back to the Hong Kong Airport. There you have it. One of the cheapest ways to get to Macau from Hong Kong.

I like to use HZMB bridge, too. The only downside so far was, that the only connection on Macau side are the bus lines (you listed) or taxi. During the last 3 months I had to wait for taxi or bus 30 min at 4 of 7 trips because of too many people. It is a great way to pass the bridge by bus, much better than the ferry ride. The poor connection of the Macau HZMB station makes it sometimes a bit unreliable.

Going back from Macau to HK via bridge is good. Taxi availability and bus service never had been an issue so far.

Has anyone taken the new bridge to Macau? I am going to Hong Kong, enjoying Macau and then continuing to HCMC. I want to take the new bridge. Usually, I check my bags through to the Taipa ferry and pick them up before the Macau customs. This is very convenient. Now, I should then, clear HK customs, and take a taxi to the Macau bus? Macau is a charm not to be missed but hotel prices double on weekends and everything is very expensive.

Ah of course, now that you say it I realize there has to be one there. Thanks for the info. I always like to research my options and be able to choose on the fly for the scenario. Coming from the US I usually spend the morning in HK stowing my baggage either at the luggage counter at the airport express station in HK or the lockers at the ferry terminal and take an afternoon ferry so when I get to Macau I can get right in my room. But that comes with the additional cost of luggage storage and the airport train, this would certainly be an option I consider in the future.

I always stay one night in Hong Kong spend a night at friend place left my luggage there, there are many bus company from Hong Kong to Macau but if you take the MTR to Lantau the trip is only 45 min and every 10 min a bus shorter bus ride and bypasss all the HK traffic most hk local do this and it is the cheapest 74 hkd.

Has anyone taken the helicopter from Hong Kong to Macau? It looks like it's roughly 400 usd. I'm not sure I want the hassle of the ferry, I'the love to add an extra hour of free time and not deal with all the people. But getting a helicopter could be a pain. I'm assuming you can't just take a taxi there?

Helo is quick and convenient. If you are only doing one way suggest Macau to HK. Great views, especially at night.

Which bus station is this? I researched this last year and the bus I found was from kowloon, but this was right when the bridge opened suddenly and things were a but disorganized.

As was mentioned it really makes a difference on your timing, level of work, and price.

1.) Most expensive is to take the ferry from the airport, but the least amount of work as they transfer your bags and you just wait at airport until the ferry, but the wait time can be long if you hit it wrong.

2.) Next option is to take the train into the city, take a taxi to the ferry terminal, and then next ferry. You can take the subway between HK station and Sheung Wan, but it's a decent walk, barely shorter than walking the elevated walkway between the two and its lots of escalators. Taxi is quick and inexpensive since is short ride. I have done the walk and subway many times and finally realized this was foolish. Trains run every 12 minutes and ferries every 15-30 and you have the option of taking ferry to cotai if that is your final destination.

3.) The bus, any information on actual experience for timing and immigration and schedule would be great if anyone has experience.

Wanted to try the fish bowl, went to Masters Hotel as per previous reports, there were maybe 30 to choose from but really only 2 giving me come on eyes so I went for a Viet. Had a good experience, she gave be her WeChat as she was off the next day, but I did not follow that up. Another night went to D2 a bar (fisherman's wharf) with pros to take out wandering round and topless waitress. It's about $15 to get in but that gets you 2 drinks. We had a lot of fun there with the bar staff, left too drunk to do anything. Definitely worth a visit.

Get In to HK from Newark at 7 pm, there is only one ferry left to go to Macau at 10 pm.

Decided to take the bus. Get in the taxi to the bus station at 7:40 pm HK $37.50,bus to Macau HK $65. Taxi to Hotel Lisboa HK 70 total time 2 hrs. I think it will all depend on what time you get in to HK, to decide to take a bus or ferry.

But why would anyone go through all of that when there is a ferry right at Hong Kong airport that goes directly to Macau? It's a direct trip right from the airport to the heart of Macau. You don't even have to go through Hong Kong immigration. Takes 60 minutes and easy as pie.

Saving money? Macau is the last place I'd go if I was on a budget. If you can't spare a a few hundred Patacas, you probably shouldn't be visiting.

There are many people want to take the new bridge it is a good experience there are many bus company, there are bus form HKIA at the main transport center every 30 min cost is around 175 rmb, I take the one bus last month at the HK Zhu Hai bridge station near the Airport every 10 min cost is 75 hkd you need to take.

The MTR from central to Tung Tuen station near the airport is only take 45 min to macau.

Most Hong konger take the Helicoptor is business person working in Central my friend he is a manager at Morgan Stanley he take this every week go to Macau with customer for lunch play a few hand and go back to the office the same day last time I take this is 10 yr ago it was 2400 HKD then yes you paid for your luggage by the kg.
