PRC means chinese girls from China as opposed to local Chinese girls (Malaysians).

I don't think health centres/spas are the most common experience for foreigners. I think most foreigners would be mongering at places where Freelancers congregate.

If you want to go the HC/spa route, go to some of the more well known ones, like Cititel, Spa de Palace, etc. I don't think language would be a barrier at these places as at least one of the waiters should be able to speak English.

What to expect at a HC/spa (the better ones) - upon entering you should be greeted by one of the waiters. You might be lead to a lounge or to a changing room to change out of your clothes into a robe. Shoes off and into slippers. Your stuff will go into a locker and you get the key. The clothes change is optional.

Anyway, in the lounge, get comfty and have a drink (coffee, tea are free). Chat with the waiter to get details about what facilities they have, sauna, massage and most importantly the main course. Also, ask about the rates. Ask if he can show you the gals (for later). What is his recommendation, etc. You can ask the waiter to get one of the girls that can communicate in English. Also tell him what you like [whether you get it is another matter]. If they are too busy or you get a not very helpful waiter, you won't get much info.

You can choose to unwind first by taking a dip in the pool, having a sauna and grabbing a bite. The HC/spa should have a small snack corner. When you are done you can ask for the main course. If the waiter who served you earlier on was ok, call him over again.

If they let you see the gals first, they will have a quick parade for you. Check with the waiter for his recommendation. When you have picked one, you would be brought to a massage room. She will arrive shortly. You will get a quick shower. Usually the girl will shower you, dry you etc.

You will then be on the bed. If you are taking a package together with a massage, she will give you a massage first (or it can be later). Then comes the main course. Deed is done, then back to the shower for a quick wash.

You then leave the room. You can continue to lounge around. Or go off. Go change back into your clothes. Make payment at the counter. You usually pay everything at the counter.

Hi guys. I am considering a trip later this year to Malaysia (I'd have to say that some of the gorgeous photos you've posted in the Photo section had something to do with that), but I am having a hard time finding how the basic mongering system in Malaysia works.

Before someone says to RTFF, I have read much of it. I have seen many references to HCs and MILFs, and PRCs (does that mean Chinese girls?) and on and on. There are good looking lists of places to go and some fine reports of distinction.

But what I am not finding is a basic explanation of how things work in Malaysia - e.g., is HC the most common experience for a forerigner who speaks no language? Is that experience comparable to a sauna in China, or is it different?

If there is somewhere in all these posts that already contains this most basic info, please point me to it! If not, it would really help, if anyone has the time and inclination, to lay out a few of the basics for us greenhorns. I will personally nominate that post for a report of distinction!

Where is the best place to do a blood test in terms of results reliability?

All private clinics send your sample to commercial pathology lab. such as PathLab and BPLab. If you are doing healthscreen then go to a clinic which employs the service of BPLab. BPLab uses the microscope method to study your blood which is more accurate.

For STD blood test, both PathLab and BPLab use methods which are reliable to test for usual STD diseases: Hep-B, Chlamydia, Syphillis, Herpes Type 1 and 2.

I am not sure about PathLab but BPLab does not do Gonnorhea testing anymore because it is so easy to dignose from the symptoms and it is 100% curable! So why waste money to test for it? Just take the antibiotic and enjoy the pain, kekekeke.

For HIV test you should know that there are a few popular testing methods where all are not 100% accurate. You may want to find out which testing method both BPLab and Pathlab are using and read more about it.

For HIV testing, new Ministry of Health regulation states that the testee can opt NOT to take the HIV test while doing the STD test. That means, your doctor cannot "suka-suka" decide to order your blood to be screened for HIV when you ask him not to do so. He/She can be sued for doing so. But then, what's the point of doing STD screening while opting out the HIV test? My 2 cents.

I went to a clinic which uses BPLab test and it costs me RM125. I did the full range of STD tests. Of course, my physician is a man. Kaki is a shy guy.

So Hardware for reliability you should decide on the lab and not where cause most local hospitals (private or public) also send your sample to these commercial labs. LOL. Of course, it helps if the clinic has got lovely cute nurses attending to you...relieve your anxiety.

Are you kidding? It is very easy to find chick in Kuantan. I being 1 year in Kuantan and I found lot of 'lubang' there. Grand Continental 2nd floor is my recommendation. Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia are quite different, so look for some one with knowledge on Bahasa Indonesia for help.

OKT is actually from Hokkien dialect, which loosely translate to Captain/Papasan/Mamasan of the place.

How far is Kowloon Hotel from SGwang?

At Kowloon it is 168 for MILF and 178 for younger WL. If OK traffic Kowloon is just 15 mins from SgWang by car. If you know where Sogo is, then you are not far away. Hop on the cab and say Kowloon Hotel at Jalan TAR (Tunku Abdul Rahman).
