Hi there,

I am planning a trip to Kuala Lumpur or Manila. Have any of you heard about or even travelled to both cities and can comment on the difference (only in the hobby aspect)?

My primary concern is the cost.

My secondary considerations are the attitude and the availability of the girls. I prefer girls who are kinder and polite, instead of those who gets the money and just want to get you done in 5 min to move on. I won't have tons of time, so I prefer a city where girls are easily accessible, instead of matching on apps for days before I find one real quality girl.

Having been to both KL and Manila a couple of times (you can see my reports of some trips in both forums), here is my take (of course to each their own, others might have different experiences).

1. Cost: Depends where you are coming from. If going from Singapore, the travel cost to KL is so much lower, that the slightly higher you pay for girls gets offset. Manila girls may charge / cost less, but the cost of getting there is more (again, using Singapore as a starting point. Take for example the return fare to KL, 83 sing $ on a budget carrier, versus more than 300 Sing $ to Manila.

2. Availability: Tons of women available in both. Manila has mostly (say 95%) Philipinas, whereas in KL you can find Chinese, Viets, Philipinas, Thai, occasional Indian and Pakistani, Iranian, Uzbek, and other. Stans. And an occasional Japanese or Korean too. Cost varies by nationality.

3. Friendliness: I would hand that to the Filipina's any day.

It's yours to make the decision brother. I find it more safe and convenient compared to Hotels actually. Every condominium has main entrance / gate security and then building security. Elevators are only accessible though a keycard and stops only at designated floor. You can get the cleaning done for a fraction of price such as RM15-25. Most Condo comes with Full size kitchen, Washer / Dryer same as you would get in your own condo / apartment. Also, a nice balcony of you are a smoker.

It's is very much Guest Friendly as long as you don't advertise out loud "I'm taking a hooker in my condo" like the Overly Drunk African-American dude did in Condo I stayed on my last visit.

Like I said, I've been staying in Condo for past 3/4 years and wouldn't stay at a 5* hotel even for a 50% discounted rate compared to a condo.

That's fair enough and informative! They are also about 20-30% cheaper too and might come with better facilities. Additionally I don't think staff there keep that tight a leash on visitors. Although the down side is that the lack of clean ups, and no prior security that it would be guest friendly. Being new to the city and having heard that its conservative, I'm still thinking of getting a proper 4-5 star hotel but this has given me food for thought!

Price: Manila over KL.

Quality: KL over Manila.

Looks: KL over Manila. Also, depends on what floats your boat!

Availability: Tough one. KL has multinationals for right price. Manila only has Philipina for a very cheap price depending on quality.

GFE / Kind: That's totally depends on your luck. KL girls tend to provide better service compared to Manila as they come from other countries and they won't make money if service is poor. Philipina, hit-and-miss. Some provides top notch and some provide very poor service.

IMHO: If price and quantity is your concern, go to Angeles City. Very cheap for okay quality. Don't forget to factor in Air Fare and Accommodation from your departing country.

My experience: I've been to Manila an I would avoid it at any cost! But then I don't like very skinny girls with no boobs or ass. That's why I stick to KL or Jakarta.

First tip discretion. Try to book it at Large Condominium Compound. You would have to tell the driver / escort / masseuse your building number and condo number and your name. Tell the girl to dress appropriately but not an obvious ho (very important).

Once arrived, you would have to meet them at the reception or in front of the building. Try to do money exchange discreetly and if possible not in front of building security. Better if you could do that sitting in car. Bring the girl out holding her hands and pretend you know each other for long time.

Usually it's not a biggie if it's a large condominium like IJN or Setia but ultimately discretion is your key. I've been staying in condo for my past trips and I prefer them over any upscale hotel. Condo comes with everything you may require to clean yourself or you can also make arrangements with condo owner for a small fee to get the cleaning done.

I was trying to say the same thing that you have described. Yours sounds more "what to wear" compared to mine "what not to wear" there are significant differences between our dress code compared to the crowd I'm referring to and also the negotiation skills.

I wish I could post a picture of the outfit these certain kind of crowd wears but I'm going to strongly refrain myself from doing so.

My usual garb for BC is sneakers, blue jeans and a black t shirt. Sometimes I wear a polo and better dress pants with casual shoes but find first set of clothes gives a casual look. Now this does not mean sloppy, smelly and unkempt look. Hygiene is very important too.
I have quite a muscular frame and try to act confidently but definitely not arrogantly. I am over 55 but am not trying to look like a 20 something cool dude. Works for me. (or is it just my money. Does clothes maketh the man?
And yes my opening offer for ST is always 350 plus 50/100 tip for performance.

Before it gets too far, This is a very helpful forum when it comes to gather intel on mongering scene and RTFF is the only way to accomplish that. We all read pages over pages and established our own mongering tactics.

Skyler, Black Page and New Image. They are very helpful guys and simply pointing you to the right direction. There are no straight answers for intel but to gather yourself. We can all tell you prices and places but would you score the same deal as others does based on their skills, Probably not! That's where RTFF comes in handy.

When mongering in Asia, a race factor does plays a big role but luckily you are doing that in KL and you got the upper hand because of multi diversity. If it makes you feel better, Because of my mix race and complexion, I can blend in as an Indian, Arab, Latino and somewhat Caucasian if the light is dim and Girl is drunk. LOL. Just do your research, play your game right and the trophy is yours (for that night. As for the race thing, if I were a hot looking 28 year old English boy than this would affect my ability to pick up and pricing. Be it right or wrong its important to play the hand you are dealt and its no good sooking about what you can't change.

Don't let that throw you off! Tell the SP / Handler of your requirements and be specific about pictures matching the girl. Also, tell him about paying the girl not the driver and be firm about it. Worst case of Scenario, hand driver an envelope and driver can count the money while waiting for pickup. If we all are firm about it, I don't see any reason for them not to agree. At least you can try.

I have always hated this paying to driver approach. Back when I was living in Delhi, many SPs used to scam like this. Some bring the wrong girl and only shows you after full payment, some just runs after payment, and not counting the fact that it's quite embarrassing.

I was coming to KL in couple of months for business, and thought would give it a try here, but now knowing that this is how most of the times payments happens, I might not indulge in mongering at all.
