I have just spent 4 days in KL. This is my brief summary.

CHANGKAT

Visited 3 times. Confirmed my impression of last years. Since the big groups of Pinays are gone (I miss them so much), this place is advisable only if I have long time to spend in KL and therefore I can go, check slowly, without the pressure of having only 2-3 nights and no time to fail.
Most ladies are older and more expensive. Some pretty locals at Zion, but again, I would spend 3 hours dancing and paying drinks to a local only if I have many nights to spend here. If I have few nights and I have to maximise my odds to get decently laid, I go to BC or to a spa if BC does not offer anything I like.

BEACH CLUB

Not full, but good this time! Many very nice looking Viet sexy girls here! BUT:

1) Most girls are very hardcore workers, those who spent several weeks here already and got hardened. I would not expect much GFE, just good pro service and for a high fee.

2) Prices increased a lot in the last years! Now all Viet girls ask 500 for 1 hour, 800-1000 for overnight! this is unbelievable, but there is a lot of people who pays that amount without an eye blink and girls just take advantage of the market. I could bargain down to 400 for 1 hour with some decent looking girls, and 300 for 1 hour but only with an old lady (who I did not take). BC is not nearly as large as Ipanema, so not as many girls. I would place BC somewhere in between Brix and Ipanema as far as class and quality of the FL's are concerned since we are making comparisons to Singapore FL bars. I think BC is closer to Brix on class and closer to Ipanema on FL quality. Bottom line; it's a pretty good pickup bar.

On the age factor, I would say BC girls are on average a little younger than Spasso girls.
