I've stayed at JW, Crown Plaza, Shangri La, Impiana and Concorde in KL and found Concorde to be the best choice for mongering.

They have nice rooms for reasonable prices, but as bro Teazian mentioned, get a Premier Room (regular rooms on the old wing are not good). The hotel has Hard Rock cafe and a bar with live band so it's always busy at night and lots of girls hang out there. So you aren't going to look awkward when brining a girl back. It's also very close to Beach Club. Stayed there 3 times in the past year and worked out well every time.

As for carrying your passport to Skyriver, I am from America as well but I am Asian. They knew I wasn't a local but never asked to see my passport altough I had a copy with me. I suggest to take a copy like you said. I don't think anything will happen there since they lock up your personal belongings in a safe and you get to keep the key, but you could always lose it on the way there or something.

You want to look for a white girl there? Why? There are so many other choices. For me, it's always the malays every time I am in KL. I've had much more fun with malays whether I was at HC or KTV, and even just talking to non working girls. I am in the planning stages of a trip to KL and have a couple questions.

First of all, thank you to all the contributors! I have read through all the posts for 2006 and your information has been invaluable. As a side note, for other newbies to KL, if you are looking to read a lot of posts there is a feature when you are in a forum where you can put 1000 posts on a page. When you are in a forum click on "thread tools", "show printable version", and "show 1000 posts on one page". This will save you a lot of time.

I will be in KL for 4 nights, my agenda so far will be fairly simple. Visit a couple HC’s (Sky River, Spa de Palace, and maybe the Dorsett), visit the Beach Club and Thai Club 2 or 3 nights, and give the Twin Club a try for a night.

I do have a couple questions and your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

1) HC’s. Am I picking the right HC’s? I am not looking to value monger as I am on vacation (I save that for home where I have the time and patience). I don’t mind spending a few extra $$’s for the real hotties and great service. That being said I don’t want to go over the top and spend a lot more at a ridiculously priced KTV.

2) Passport – I have seen reports that I need a passport to enter Sky River. My appearance is I am a Caucasian coming from America. Do I need to bring a passport? Will a photocopied version do? I have always been taught to guard your passport with your life, I don’t know if leaving it at a HC while you bang a hottie necessarily fits this criteria.
