Take note that the Monorail is directly in front of The Concorde and only a few minutes walk from Sky Hotel. Hence transportation will not be a problem. In addition, both these places will probably carry a broader appeal when you're not either on top of, beneath or beside a girl. Of the other three, Sentral Pudu and Beltif are not too far from one another but Leo Express would definitely be crossed off my list. Unless you want to shop at Kenanga City mall. In terms of the general surroundings, I would rate it in order of: Concorde, Sky, Sentral, Beltif, Leo (from best to worst). My 2 cents for all it's worth.
