Yes, the Petaling St brothels look like they are closed for good. This area looks to be gentrifying being so close to the markets, with a lot of tourist trade, and many new restaurants. One of the old brothels already has its roof off and is being renovated.

That's unfortunate. Petaling St brothels were horrid, but they will still be missed for the broad selection at a great price. Are you sure the closure isn't just temporary?
