Pretty close to the federal building. If you exit from the Federal Spa Entrance, turn left and walk straight for 1 min and you will have LowYat plaza on the right and apple store on your left. You will turn left on the first street after apple store and walk straight all the way to the end till you reach the intersection. By now, you should be standing facing 2 Pakistani Restaurants (pretty good food). Cross the street towards restaurant and start looking right and you will see some signs for massage place and money exchange.

Best time to go would be afternoon / evening and you won't miss that Chinese lady. Just stand and light up a smoke and you will see her approaching you at no time. Once again, bargain hard and tell her your requirements.

I have had few good luck from Changkat. Picked one Uzbek once and Indonesian another time. Best time would be after 11 pm at night and best location between Havana Grill and Hotel Soleil. Stick to the Bar side, not hotel soleil / Havana side and don't hesitate to bargain.

I used to stay 2 street down in Ramada Suites which is about 5-7 min walk from there.

I found that Bukit bintang met all of my day needs in KL (I just returned from there last week). Also, it is not difficult to establish BEFORE paying the fee if the girl will give you BBBJ, CBJ or full service and at what cost. Beware, they will start negotiations at 400! I paid 250 for BBBJ and FS. Great girl- very pretty and very sweet. There were plenty of 3's and 4's, but enough cuties that you will be satisfied.

Some months ago Hotel Soleil was closed. Nova and Alpha Genesis closed their Spas long time ago, forever.
An update from Radius / Soleil by someone who was on site recently would be appreciated. And Federal? Sky?

Try Bond Spa / Saboon Spa. Same establishment but change name every now and then. Selection is hit and miss! Mostly Thai, Vietnam, PRC.

There is also Genesis Spa, 10th floor HSBC Building.

You're right! It's such a long shot. It probably wasn't worth mentioning here. As it could be any number of places. Eg: there are hundreds of MPs outside the BB area, most offer HJ and are popular with the locals, professional and have all female masseurs, all very vague and non-descript.
