Haven't posted on ISG for years. Thailand and DR are my hunting grounds but I'll be passing through KL (for the first time) on my way to Thailand next week. Most of the WGs do speak some english. Most of the malay looking girls are indons, and if they are on the street they will NOT wear hijab. For obvious reason. You will be fine. As for out in the streets, there are so many people out there that its impossible to see any isolated SWs. It's the crowd scene from Gandhi all the time in Bukit Bintang.
