This is my experience doing the Bukit Bintang walkabout. Time around 2. 30 am. Day was Friday Night. Started walk from the bottom of the hill on Jalan Alor. So, this is from Jalan Pavilion walking up the hill on Jalan Alor towards Changkat Bukit Bintang. For Pooning, Jalan Alor is a dead street.
