The closest thing to a FAQ on this board is Reports of Distinction (ROD). Read it and you'll get a basic idea of mongering options. In short, the 2 best / easiest options for a newbie in KL are 1) Beach Club and 2) Spas in various hotels around Bukit Bintang, ( e. g. Federal, Imperial). Search the thread for these terms and you'll find all the info you need.
