Consider starting in Hong Kong which is a great city for tourists and mongers alike. English spoken widely. Mongering fees pretty good, but not as inexpensive as the rest of these destinations. I have been following the south east asia postings over the weekend and feel very upbeat about the relative eaze of mongering in the region.

Are their ferries / trains/ busses etc between malaysia/indonesia/singapore/thailand etc that I can take on the spot. I hate pre planning the entire trip while sitting here in New York.

2. If I wanted to see the economic growth in the region (say as a real estate investor), what areas should I be visiting? (I will really appreciate hidden gems that the media has not picked up yet).
