Sure what you said could be correct if it weren't for the fact on this very thread, the post where you got info about the waldolf, there were two or three posts going back only late 2017 or early 2018 where he confirms the price of 120, then you now go to the said Waldorf, tried to get the correct price pf 120/140 factoring price increases, and yet due to you own deficiencies decided to pay the inflated foreigners price, so there you have been given assistance, have given info on price and location and you still failed in maintaining the price equilibrium.

If you come to Penang for sex, it is the wrong city. KL is better and Bangkok is best in this part of the world. Penang famous for it's street food and sight seeing only and it's slow moving pace of life. ENJOY!
