Found Friendship Hotel, from the roundabout with the sculpture turn in at the junction between Hong Leong Bank and the Land Rover dealership. It's the same block of buildings as Fantasy Hotel. They're almost back to back.
Your map might have Beach Street written down as Lebuh Pantai - the malay translation.

I believe Friendship motel is a backpackers motel located at the end of Union st and Penang St. There are pic on promo banner and looks clean with wifi access.
Regarding the comments on the rules of engagement. From my observation certain places they have unwritten rules of engagement. Like Zuhi and Orange you need to clearly signal to them or order through the captain for them to come, otherwise they will ignore you. Doesn't matter how handsome or loaded you are. Don't know why? Unlike in X-wing the WL's will approach you once you sit down whether you signal them or not. Same with some establishments in Thailand. The key thing is to find out the rules of engagement. Once you find the key the fun begins.....

Completely true and actually dissappointing. Some other places when you eye a woman for more than 30 seconds, they already start reacting. Here very difficult to get eye-contact. Some Bro's suggest you can pick-up freebies in malls. Wonder how. Have been running around in malls quite often looking at shops, but also looking at women. But you get no or hardly any eye-contact. And presume that is the first base for further contact, no? Maybe it is the local culture? Will slowly find out.

Bro, its Penang. Penang is famous for its infamous conservativeness. Lets take a good example of penang and KL. If you approach girls in kl, its relatively easier than penang. And if you compare singapore and kl, singapore is easier. Its the social culture. In penang, I belief that many girls are program not to talk to strangers and the best part is, they are all program that sex is something dirty. I'm not talking on behalf of all the penang people and this are the things that is happening which I encountered. You will need time, effort, and guts to approach the girls in penang. And once you understand the whole process, it would be easier. Oh ya, and one more thing, one way you can probe into penang girls is that they are very emotional and feeling creature. I'm not too sure, that road should call Penang Street not Beach street. The street just opposite the Padang Kota Lama, beside the Hong Leong Bank (or Finance?)

Not sure where Frienship Hotel is but Beach Street is where all the banks are. HSBC, Standard Chartered.

9.30 pm made a pit stop at Orange Motel, I used to refer as Eng Chuan Hotel - RopeWalk / Jalan Pintal Tali. Kill time waiting for my GF.

Quite a number of NL or at least I think they are, just had a drink didn't converse with anyone so can't tell if NL, Indo or East M'sian. But a few look like NL though thin and puffy eyes like maybe addicted.

Last time cheong there damage Rm50 + Rm10 for room.

Must try another day but don't like room and environment. Small dark room lit with only yellow bulbed light. The wash up is with cold water from a hose.

Recently I found one. Is GOODHOPE INN. Is around 55 60 only.

But that one gurney area. Wah sai. Easy got spot check.

Worse still police come out while your pants is not on.

Good Hope has a good locale but last time I went there it was Rm80. Maybe due to peak season. Also there sometimes last minute sometimes cannot get a room without reservations.

Brothers, about the room for fun. I recommend Friendship Motel at Beach Street (near Padang Kota Lama) there. Clean and nice. 3 hours for RM38 only. No need to register. No question ask. Got astro and water heater too. I bring my Indo and China girlfriends there for fun. Open 24 hours. Hope you all can find the place.
