Sorry to hear that! The latter with coordinates was right behind the Central Sports Palace. I visited this place in the autumn of 2021, during the early evening. Those places need mobility / flexibility, for the known reason, maybe there are not in situ more. Just wonder why you don't go to the place described by Sainsda?

Looking on google maps the Peace Bridge Hotel seems to be your spot. Not many recent reviews but it says there is a strip club and the bar is good for men.
