Bro,

Hotels are not so trustworthy here. And even there might be LE problems in many hotels. I would not suggest asking hotel guys for that. Stay between Thamel and durbar marg area. Once your place is fixed, will definitely let you know options near you.

I would recommend paying 800-1000 for 30 minute massage, and then wait for the offer. It will come %100. They will quote you a ridiculous price at first (5000-8000), offer no more than 2000,2500 if desperate. If you refuse and show her you're leaving etc, she will come to her senses quickly.
