Things are not bad. Just walk around Thamel area, and get in any massage parlor, not the one you see in search results but the others. There are many of them. You will get everything you needed. If you have time, you could get someone to your room via some famous dating apps. I stayed in Thamel area and visited few massage parlors and all ended very happy.

Thamel area in Kathmandu have nice SPA and nude dance bar with all the action and very cheap prices. But beware of roadside pimps who ask you for enjoyment.

Lots of SPA are there providing full service. Massage charges are 500 NPR for half hour then you can get full service in 2000 NPR with some negotiation but no DFK or BBBJ.

Tried on SPA near Tom and Jerry Cafe in April 2017.

Just want to contribute something. There is sex for sale in MP in Thamel area. If you go to the streets behind momo hut. You will come to a bar call root bar. Near it there are a few massage place in green and yellow sign (not sure if I am allow to give the name. Please don't pay more than 2000 nrp. Also another MP around there too.

Thanks for the information Gets. It's always useful to have local knowledge when mongering, especially what price to pay. It would be great if anyone else had recent experience of MPs or bars in Kathmandu.
