I am glad to know that you realize how limited is your current location for a person with a rich international experience like yourself. It is not possible to make a great aire-mar-tierra dinner with only beans and tortilla. Likewise, a tiger would lose its agility and means to survive when confine to a cage most of its life. And a bird in a cage can not fly, neither.

On the other hand, I can not think of any other place with such an abundance, mix and diversity of good looking females as Brazil. Morochas, blondes, brunettes, mulatas, afro, japanes, chinese, etc. Whatever you can think of, you can find it there. Moreover, their free liberal spirited social culture makes Brazil probably second to none in terms of enjoying life around beautiful females. And most people do not have any inferiority complex because of their race mix, etc. That is why, despite its many social problems, Brazil still outpacing the rest of Latinland in technology and economic development. They are moving forward not backward like some other countries.

Just remember to do your homework first before commiting to a Ph.D program. No all programs are equal in terms of their focus, quality and international recognition. In addition, an experience person should have a prewritten dissertation (at least in mind) before making such a commitment.

to be safe in nica, you either need to have 24 hour security (bodyguards)or be very low profile. there is nothing in between. and safe in this case mean having enough time to catch a plane and get out. upper class locals in nica do not hang around with low end boludas from the low class barrios. the locals, as i mentioned on a previous post, they party with university girls or young professional girls that do not belong to the upper class. that type of girls like to be treated to restaurants, beach, gifts and travel. that is how the locals party.
