I have wanted to relate my experience at MP3 Bar since I got back from my trip in March, but have never got around to writing it up. The recent posts mentioning MP3 have motivated me to get the job done. I liked MP3 Bar a lot and recommend the place highly. I also like Lions Bar. But don’t get me wrong, the saunas are fantastic and are the main reason for visiting Macau. It’s just that MP3 is a completely different scene and can augment your fun times in Macau.

Here is what happened to me:

It was my last night in Macau. I had been here for 4 and half days. I had great times visiting Rio Spa twice and East Spa once. I was planning on going back to Rio or some other spa one last time all day, but when it got time to go, I realized my batteries had run down and I was just not that into it. Since I was going back to HKG to spend the last 6 days of my trip, it was no big deal if I skipped a night and recharged.

I went out for some dinner and then stopped by the Lisboa race track for some eye candy. The girls were getting used to my nightly appearance and I was starting to get some inviting looks, but I was not interested in gambling 800hk on the untested performance of one of these great looking girls. I crossed under the street and walked past the Wynn. It was around 10:30pm (too early) when I checked out the Lion’s Den at the MGM Grand. Introduction

First off, I am not an expert at mongering in Macau. I'm just a guy who comes to this wonderful island of paradise for fun every 2-3 months, and I've been doing so for over 5 years. No one told me anything when I first came to Macau. I learned through trial and error, and while the experience was generally pleasant, there were a few bumps in the road that resulted in wasted time and money, misunderstandings, and missed opportunities.

Everything inside this guide can be done by everyone. I am not teaching you negotiating tactics or how to improve your game. I'm just telling you how to gear up before battle.

Bare Essentials

Things no monger should be caught without:

1. Prepaid SIM card. This is readily available at the airport and ferry terminal. It costs only $100 MOP, is rechargeable, and lasts 180 days. Even if you're not a frequent visitor to Macau, dropping a mere $100 MOP for a one-time visit is more than worth it. I can't stress this enough, but half the fun of Macau is taking girls back to your hotel after they get off work. Also, giving out your phone number projects a false sense of honesty, something we'll discuss later.

2. Cash. You'll be able to survive on a credit card alone, but having cold, hard cash opens up a whole new world of opportunities. About $2, 000 should be fine. You should ideally split it into 1/4 MOP and 3/4 HKD. The MOP should be used for cab fare and food; the HKD will come in handy for tipping the ladies. Some girls only accept HKD. If you're too lazy to manage two currencies, just stick to HKD. The difference should be negligible, unless you're a high-roller, in which case you probably won't care.

3. Condoms. All working girls will provide their own condoms, and if you're in a sauna it's nothing to worry about, but if you're into hotel walkers, club girls, or freebies, sometimes they might be short on stock, or they're down to only one and it's faulty, or its too small for your monstrously large member. Not having a condom seriously ruins the mood, if not killing it altogether, and in the heat of the moment it might even make you consider going bareback, which isn't a wise choice with working girls.

Have all 3 items prepared before you leave the airport or ferry terminal.

What To Bring

We're going to be traveling light. Only take things you can fit into your pockets, no bags or other accessories. In addition to the 3 bare essential items mentioned above, you should also carry:

1. Credit cards. Two is ideal, just in case there's a problem with one. Use your credit cards as your primary form of payment while reserving your cash for more specific purposes. Even if you can't risk having these expenses showing up on the bill, you should carry credit cards for good measure. They'll serve as backup in sticky situations. It's always better to deal with the wife than the mafia. Usually, anyway.

2. A copy of your passport. Don't carry the real thing, just a photocopy will do. You'll probably never need it, but just in case something goes wrong you'll be glad you have some ID on you. Just fold it up, tuck it up into your back pocket, and forget that it's there.

What NOT to Bring

In most cases, less is more. Macau is no exception.

1. Wallet. Minor thefts will happen from time to time, especially if you're picking up girls at hotels, in clubs, or off the streets. Leave your wallet and all other forms of identification in your hotel. You don't need the drama of blackmail once you return home. It's rare, but it happens.

2. Expensive items. While these are great for peacocking back home, the truth of the matter is that we're paying girls to have fun with us, and so there's no need to impress them with wealth or power. You'll run the risk of waking up to find your Omega Seamaster missing from the nightstand. Not worth it.

Points of Precaution

Generally speaking, Macau is a very safe place. Gambling and prostitution is perfectly legal and all done in the open. But some people may have personal reasons for keeping an ultra-low profile or simply want to be extra careful, in which case you should:

1. Create a fake identity. I suggest using your real first name with a fake last name, reason being that most of us are not professionals in espionage and will easily screw up fake first names. Also, make up facts about where you're from and what you do. Not only does this protect you from the girls or people in the vicinity you might potentially know, you'll also have more fun living a fantasy. This also applies to e-mailing and online chatting. Never give out your real accounts. Have fake ones setup in advance.

2. Secure your belongings. Lock your wallet, passport, and other valuables in the hotel safe before you leave for fun. That way, should you bring a girl back, you'll have peace of mind knowing that she won't make off with any valuables after she's relieved you of your load. Putting these items into the safe in front of a girl, though necessary, is considered bad form, so do it beforehand.

That's about it. Nothing too complicated, just some basic checklist items to ensure you have a great time. A lot of it sounds blindingly obvious, but I never cease to be surprised. Hopefully now everyone will know better.

The answer to this question essentially depends on how much game you have. If you have good performance at regular clubs, then D2 will be cheaper and more fun. If your performance is only mediocore or less, I would suggest going to a sauna to avoid frustration and blue balls.

Sorry to be harsh, but it applies to everyone, myself included.

I would go to a high rated sauna as you can combine mongering and overnight stay in a comortable environment

You will get the best quality at a sauna like 18 or Rio or others mentioned. But that will cost you 1800+ MOP. If you're looking for 6-7 then you can try D2 600-800 MOP. Negotiate all night.

The later in the night the cheaper. Talk to several at same time and let them see you so they can come down on price.

Evening all, just a little aside from the Moscow Forum from members very experienced in Russia. Prehaps an eyeopener.

...There has been a certain amount written about Russian and other CIS girls who "work" in Dubai and frequent such bars as Rattlesnake and the Mariner's Lounge in the Seaview. After being Dubai for a week, taking a side trip to Russia and now being back in Dubai, I can tell you without hesitation that the CIS girls in Dubai are decidedly the "B - Team". No comparison. My Guide to Macau

I've been to Macau probably 10 times now. So much that I am embarassed to have gone so often in a short span of years. I feel I'm an expert, but if I've missed some golden gems please let me know. Note I don't need the discussion on overpaying or practicing safe sex.

Money

Note MOP is local money and is worth about 3% less than HKG. However as a rip-off scheme every place accepts HKG as if it is MOP (and hence rip you off 3%). If the principle alone upsets you then do what I do. I get some money in MOP to pay all local stuff (food, sauna bills, taxis, etc) and keep HKG for gambling (because most casino's only take HKG). Note girls often only want HKG. Even when I offered one 10% more in MOP they said they want HKG (the gal never heard of FX arbitrage?). Also note, casinos exchange spread is about 5% on average. Most banks/ATM do 3-5% as well (ATM will also charge $2. 50 so consider that another 1% if you draw $250). There are places in downtown macau that I found do 1. 5% so shop around. Of course this adds up to a few dollars so maybe not worth the stress unless you are like me and look for the best deal out of principle. Note I throw thousands of $$ at ho's, gambling, liquor, and hotels and there is no principle there.

Hotels

- Hotels are 1/2 price Sun-Thurs. If you like a clean 3. 5star+ room with good bedding, the minimum I would stay at is Waldo, which is quite a good deal ( $100/night or less). Good mid-priced hotels are Lisboa and Grand Emperor ( $125 night). Lisboa has free minibar, internet, and free movies/porn which is nice a bonus. Best hotel IMO is Wynn but thats almost $200 midweek. Venetian has the biggest rooms (and a hair cheaper than Wynn). Recently I stayed at Hard Rock ( $130 midweek) which is great for its awesome and relaxing pool alone. Note most sauna's action is on Macau side, so it gets to be a pain running back and forth at $7-8 per taxi ride.

Saunas

I've been to 18, Boss, Big Boss, Rio, East, Excellent, all several times each. 18 clearly has the best looking light skinned asians (Chinese) of the lot, and the highest quantity. However its the most expensive, and service always varies. You are guaranteed good food, clean rooms, and clean girls at 18. However, my friend who was hooked on 18 for a while agreed that the small joints like East often have something to C. East has a great show (seems to change so I won't bother describing it), and the girls seem less snooty. Its also about 30% cheaper on average for girls + add on services. At any rate I suggest try them all. I will note I hate 18 and East because they play this high-pressure game of making you choose girls quickly. Places like Boss and Excellent will bring out the girls in a lineup with good lighting and you can choose at your own pace with no pressure and competition. I can't tell you how many times I've felt totally under the gun to quickly pick a girl before the hot ones disappear at 18. Also note, lighting at 18 is a bit dark so hard to tell what you're picking. Other tidbits.

Anyways Sauna's are nice for relaxing and eating for a few hours. But generally not my thing but for everyone else I'd suggest it. Standard is body wash, BBBJ (though sometimes CBJ), then cfs. I've had one buddy go BBBFS with a Rio girl and East girl, no CIW (come-in-womb). Good thing w/ Sauna is there is never any overpaying! Highly controlled. Note a massage girl who gave me HJ negotiated a tip (200hkg). She was ugly, and even offered BBBJ which I laughed at.

Karaoke Bars

I been to China City a few times. Note I don't drink enough, karaoke enough, and speak Chinese so this isn't for me. THe girls are "classier" but not hotter. Its fun to "get to know" the girls for 2hrs before you bang them, but w/o language skills its not worth it. If I did speak. And wanted to connect, it might be ok.

I haven't been to these in a while but what I recall is a great lineup that you can pick from carefully with no pressure, and the girls gave superb service. Lisboa

Note, I'm one of the few who loves Lisboa. I have personally banged at least 25 girls at Lisboa. Breakdown is 2 or 3 were horrible and I'd want to strangle them, maybe 3-4 I would marry if I could, 3-4 were superstars, 7-8 were above average, and 7-8 were not great. Thus its hit and miss but for 800hkg per shot I am willing to gamble away.

The worst is when they don't even shower and are ultra bitchy about time and treat you like you are on a conveyor belt (this is how Tijuana is). Also the price is fixed, 800HKG but I've had a few try to tell me its 1000HKG for foreigners or upsell me another way. Always good to confirm while walking to their room. This is where Sauna's are better. Service level is more consistent, they are pubic and armpit groomed, don't smell like food or smoke as often, and don't have bad snatch odor. Lisboa girls are hit and miss, I don't recommend DATY on these girls. The hot ones are probably banging 5 guys a night easily and you'll be eating some dudes remains.

The best however (which is why I keep going back), is that you find young 18-22 year old girls who are fabulously gorgeous (its bright lighting in Lisboa not much you can hide. 18 in contrast is dark and hard to see the girls complexion, etc esp when rushed). At Lisboa you can stare at them point blank all day long if you want and evaluate them before picking. Plus there isn't much to hide with the way they are dressed. Anyways I've had perfect 10's at Lisboa, amazing body, sweet, shy, passionate, naive, etc. I usually pay the girls 1000mop as a minor tip if its not bad, if they really get me off I pay up to 2000mop (probably 1200-1500 for really hot times). There was one girl I banged probably 10 times BBFSCIW and due to my guilt of shooting inside her each time I paid her 3000-4000 (though some nights I slept overnight, and often we went 2 rounds). She was the ultimate for me I have to admit. Anyways Lisboa isn't for everyone my friend has only had losers. I guess I'm lucky but I play the #'s game there.

Venetian/Hard Rock

Recently noticed there are 4-5 walkers at Hard Rock (rotating near the mall area between the Hard Rock entry and Hyatt Entry and also in the casino). Venetian also has sparse girls at the casino and mall area. They are way harder to spot compared to Lisboa, and often dressed down so you can't really see how their bodies look. Also rate is 1000hkg and my experience has been either same as Lisboa perf/hit and miss quality, but some have a room and some don't. The ones w/o a room sometimes seem to want to stay in your room if its past midnight (good and bad). Overall I don't think quality is anywhere near the looks of Lisboa or 18 girls.

Well thats it for me! I thought I'd do a post for a change. I keep saying its my last time to ever visit Macau. we'll see!

You are correct that you cant chose the Viet girl but if you ask for a girl with some qualities you desire, you will get a good one. I havnt been disappointed yet and I am a picky person, lol

The price is right and the free extra from 1-8pm is worth it. The girls are actually 7-8 but that my take on it. The models are fine too however my luck with 10s were not so good and I just dont see paying that much for snobby poontang. hhaha
