I have no idea where Sosua Ocean Village is. Last time I was in Sosua, Infiti Blue had not even begun construction (I believe Russian money was involved with Infiti Blue). I've seen big Russian planes at Puerto Plata airport,but I never see Russians,go figure.I've heard they have money invested in Cabarette.

One stay at Europa hotel their was a Russian mother and two daughters that owned a condo on the top floor.
