My advise if you want to try Annies is make sure you say to the mamasan that the price is "all in" included no tipping needed, before you go to the room. Annies does try to say its "all in price" and that "tipping is up to you" but the girls will attempt to demand from you 500B at the minimum. If you give 500B straight off they will often try to say its not enough or too small and get 1000B from you.
