I don't think I need to add to the good times that B S Dave always seem to be able to make everybody have at KTV's. But besides that, there are the myriad other things he has to do to ensure a good time by all present. Give you an example:.

We were all at the Fuhao last night with BSD flitting between 2 rooms. One room with "Chill music" compliments of Jesttsetter who don't like all that singing (and who brought his Ipod connected to the music system, with lots of cool music I /O the piffle music at KTV's) and another room with lots of singing. Lots of drinking and game playing in BOTH rooms.

Well, I was at the chill music room for a while, and when I went back to the Singing room, this idiot Gal was making a scene, pretending to be drunk and crying and throwing a tantrum. What did BSD do? First he just had the DJ call her mommy and told the Mommy to control her gal. Mommie couldn't do much. So he took matters into his own hands and just told her to go sit or sleep or cry or throw up or whatever she wants to do in a corner whilst we all just totally ignored her. She was screaming to get her sitting fee and leave and BSD just left her alone. Hilarious!

Sure enough, it wasn't ten minutes and of course she "sobered up". For these gals try to make crap like this up, just to be able get their sitting fee and then go off to another room. Meanwhile though, BSD had already arranged for another gal to sit with our friend who had originally picked "Tantrum Gal"

I left at 11 and everybody was still giving her the cold shoulder, with NOBODY even paying any attention to her. Dave had already told us all that she will only get her sitting fee when the last guy leaves, And this he explicitly relayed to both the Mommy as well as to the girl herself.

Actually she was VERY HOT looking. But sometimes these good looking gals get spoiled by us punters. Pretend to get drunk, not able to do her supposed duties. And a lot of guys will just be all gentlemanly and pay her her sitting fee and let her go off.

Its' NOT that she wasn't "able to do her duty". BSD saw through her (NO, no way she was really drunk because it was only Eight-ish when she started her stupid "show") and there's no way he was going to let her get away with it.

You see, since she's so good looking, its no problem whatsoever to go to another room and get re-picked and get another sitting fee. BSD did what he did especially to let the mommy know that we ain't nobody's fool and that we ain't going to stand for it.

No more next time. Errrr, we hope anyway! LOL.

I have been in the relative wilds of HK with (amazing, yes) minimal Internet access. Until now. I spent the better part of a day last weekend with BSD and highly recommend his services. He knows Changping like no other.

I'd also like to tell Dar, Santa, Shuihe sp? (and think it was Jettsetter I met on the street, along with another ISG legend) Hello. It was good fun at Fuhao (and thanks for tolerating my meager KTV singing contribution that impressed no one, including the WGs). I'll sort through this thread to see if any of you guys reviewed your picks for the evening, as I think I was the first one out. Since my girl kept plunging her tongue down my face I figured it was time to bolt before her mood changed. Was not disappointed with my girl in the red dress (Fong Li). Girl's probably too strong a word, as I'd surmise she was nearer to 30 than the 26 she claimed, and stretch marks (4-whyear old kid, it turns out). But no big distraction in a three-pop festival. In retrospect, I might have gone with one of the younger cuties along the lines of the firecracker Dave selected for Dar, or Shuih's little cutie. Many of the girls at the KTV clearly aren't into Caucasians but do seem to warm up once the see you partying with the Chinese brothers, including the young Hong Kong studs in the room next door (also hosted by Dave) who were great fun, too, and had exquisite taste in the hotties. Anyhoo, long story short: Dave knows best. Use his services. Cheers.

Okay, so maybe it wasn't such a catastrophe that I wasn't able to stay the extra night. I hope to make it back the middle of the week, maybe things won't be so crowded! WG fee has not been increased to 400 per visit. Room cost is 240 for the Japanese style rooms and 270 for the regular rooms.

Even with the price hike, Virgin remains very popular in town. Other Saunas may follow suit and will advise when known.

CP right now is as Dave said. MILD. Meaning I could go outside and wear my shorts and sweatshirt. But those who like it warmer, will need jeans and jacket. But there were also some days last week which it was in the 80's and shorts and t-shirt were the way to go.

Needless to say the weather has been hit or miss and you should plan on both warmer days and cooler days. Nothing crazy cold. No need for heaters but a nice sweatshirt or jacket will suffice.

As far as the action goes.

We hit up FH last night. We had two rooms going between two different groups. Personally I'm not a singer and I really am not into the whole singing KTV experience (lots of my buddies aren't either). In my opinion and it's just MY OPINION. Hearing some dude or chick singing is not my idea of fun. I mean there's a reason why there are professionals and a reason why you are partying with me and not getting paid to sing.

But enough of that. We put on our own hip hop music and concentrated on the focus of the evening. Playing with pretty girls and bonding with the boys (something that doesn't happen when everyone is sitting listening to someone howl out tunes).

FH was packed with dudes. I don't know if it's me or what, but it seems there are MORE and MORE dudes here each time I come. AS early as 6:20 or so, there were so many dudes it was hard to walk. I have to say that in that environment, you grab the FIRST girl that catches your eye. I wasn't really looking for a gal, but would've sat one that I saw caught my eye. But there were so many dudes and the girls were rushing through that it made it VERY difficult.

So be mindful, if coming on a weekend, go early, and pick quick. You can always kick out later. But pick a few. Send them to the room and then decide there. That's my opinion.

This happened on the big main street, outside the video store across from the Virgin Hotel. This happened many times between the Miraton and Virgin hotels. Also beware of pickpockets.

Earlier, in the same location. 2 women approached me with promises of girls if I followed them. I think I know all of the mommies but do not know these women. I suspect they would steer me into a vacant nearby apartment where I would have been robbed. Thugs take your room card, go to your room and empty your safe. Then they hold you hostage while they empty your atm account. You are beaten if you do not cooperate.

First, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT plan to go to CP if will only be able to do it once in your life. It isn't worth pining away the rest of your life wishing you could get back to the place that is actually "running over" with lithe, young, attractive and. Wait for the best part. AVAILABLE, Mandarin talent!

Second, before you are "tsunamied" under with a bunch of RTFF comments, take a couple of hours to read thru the back posts about Chang Ping / Dongguan, and then ask some specific questions that indicate you did spend some time doing research on this "fantasy oasis". I think you will find your inquiries to be better received.

I would also HIGHLY RECOMMEND that when your plans are firmed up you contact Big Swinging Dave and add your name to his client list.

I have personally used his services for the past 1 1/2 years (as recently as today) and can honestly say that while no two nights are ever the same, I have always had a worthwhile visit when he was "in charge". Take his advice to heart, because he knows of which he speaks.

I hope I get to catch up when you are in town and enjoy an evening of "Asian fun" in CP!

After a six week return to the states for WORK. I am now back and taking it slowly. Just getting back into the groove and have only been to on KTV night since I have a buddy from the states here and he's more in to the BBS scene than the nightly KTV scene.

Weather in DG in March is generally mild, we already had a few days of T-shirt and shorts weather and should continue until Saturday (5th) then the weather will cool down a bit (59 high. 54 low) and rainy starting Sunday through Tuesday. The rest of the month should be the same and should reach into the low 70s.

Good afternoon fellow ISG members. Enjoying the great weather we are having in CP. Will be nice to see more scantily clad chicas roaming about the streets of CP!

Last night I went go-karting with some ISG and non ISG friends. It was my first time and although I sucked I had a kickass time. Great event to do when you have some downtime from mongering.

The weekend of my first KTV / Sauna adventure is fast approaching and I cannot describe to why'all how excited I am. Will post a report after the weekend festivities are over!
