You should go for hotels around " The Ringstrasse" such as the Intercontinental, Marriott, Hilton Vienna, Le Meridien,

If you have a bigger wallet you should go for the Hotel Sacher, Hotel Bristol or Imperial which are part of the Starwood hotel chain the brand is called "The Luxury Collection".

All the hotels I mentioned are in the first district in Vienna and are close to nightlife and nightclubs.

Golden Time is not in the center of Vienna nevertheless you can get there easily by underground. All the hotels are close to public transportation.
