I'm not sure if the room price is BD25 for short time or for all night. Since the Delmon hotel is not 5star, it may be for all night. The rooms aren't that bad though, they're not the shit-holes that you might think. I made the mistake of taking a PRC from Diggers a few weeks ago. Definitely coming back to normal. There are some real cuties in the Marin Tower Plaza building just round the corner from the Phoenicia. I had a gorgeous PRC, but had to haggle about the price for the room. They started at BD 30 for ST, but after protracted negotiation, came down to BD20. Honey wanted BD 20 as well, so not a bad hour. The bell boy pointed out that they had three rooms of Russians, an Indonesian, a Turkish girl and some PRC. They may have had others, but I can't remember. The girls do tend to move around a bit though, so YMMV.

I'll have to try some of the other nationalities soon.

Again visited Phonecia this Friday. The familiar receptionist quoted BD 35 for the room, haggled down to BD 30.
