Second, this is the first I've heard of a place in Manila doing karaoke where it's all in the open bar area where everyone can hear and not in private hosted rooms. The wet season is from now (June) until October. This means heavy rain late in the afternoon and evening. I walk to work in Manila but from last week on, I take my golf umbrella because the downpours are torrential and my little umbrella cannot handle it.
