You need to go to a town about 2 hours south called CHINCHA. From there you can cab it to EL CARMEN which is an all black area of CHINCHA.

The town is a shithole and there is no obvious pfp when I was there. Lots of possible GFE though.

Some brothels will have a black girl. I remember seeing one at la nene. Also at tequila rocks.

Peruanos usually don't go for black girls.

Fortunately I have never run into this before. My worst experience was a girl who did not wash her feet in the shower and tracked mud all over the room before I caught it.
