As for my iPhone I'm just wanting access to Facebook & emails when I'm on the go.

I never Actually thought about buying the at the airport, I imagine it will be a little more expensive but without all the hassle of finding a mobile shop in Bangkok.

Well yes, you did ask in the wrong thread. But if you want good clean 4 star near Nana try Landmark Hotel, being staying there for 10 years, and I rarely had safe sex in their rooms.

The Suk Foodland was not open at the beginning of July and it did not look close to being in condition to open. It kind of sucked because I would always stop in there for provisions and sometimes grab a bit to eat at the food counter.

If you've been reading the forum over the years, I'm sure you've got all the info you need. I've been to Bangkok many many times through out the years. And the first time was by myself reading the forum. I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for easily. Or better yet, it will find you. Have a great time!

I'm sure you're right. In my travels I generally find that with good info (here) and an open mind, fair bit of street smarts, plus some general kindness and respect for people, then fate usually helps you find what you're looking for (or at least gives you an interesting adventure!). I was in Bangkok a week ago (first time) , and after RTFF, I decided to try out Annie's.

There are probably better ones but I did not have much spare time due to work to explore other options.

I took a cab and told the driver Mariott suckahmvit soi 2 as I was told never tell Taxi drivers that you're going to Nana or any soapy massage place as they will just drive you around Bangkok and take you to the ones they know so they earn a percentage.

This is Bangkok. You may also have seen a cockroach scurry by in your massage room?

But in contrast to the general level of dirt and grime in the city, BKK girls are usually ridiculously clean. So what is it in the water that actually bothers you? A bit of sweat that you have been wearing all day?

My advice is to embrace your inner filthiness and enjoy yourself.

I have always purchased my Kamagra from the pharmacy in Foodland of Sukhumvit Soi 5 but this place has been closed to the past couple of months for renovation and I am not sure whether it has reopened yet. It used to be THB400 for a pack of 4 but around April / May 2011 when I made my last purchase there, they charged me only THB280 for pack of 4 and they worked just as well when I tried them. I always purchase them from this pharmacy instead of the smaller pharmacy along Sukhumvit Road because they are less likely to sell fakes. Will be in Bangkok again next month and I will update the forum on whether Foodland has reopened unless some kind brother can provide an update earlier.

I always use the two pharmacies on Sukh between Soi 2 and Soi 4. I have never had any problems with the quality of drugs sold there.

On the other hand, if you buy from the stalls on the Sukh they are clearly labelled as fakes insofar as they are often in Pfizer Viagra boxes. Pfizer Viagra costs around £20 / pill in the UK (private prescription) , so they are guaranteed to be fake boxes. And if the boxes are fake then I wouldn't put much store on the medicines inside them.

Most (but not all) pharmacies aren't in the business of selling fakes because they want repeat customers. Last week I bought some Kamagra gel from a small pharmacy near Prantip Plaza and they had no effect, plus they had a different taste and constituency to others I have bought from Soi 4. I guess the pharmacist knew I wouldn't be coming back anyway. But also sometimes the pharmacist doesn't know they are fake. He just buys stuff wholesale from a middleman, and has no quality control when buying unregulated generics.

An earlier post suggests that gels are messy and too strong. I have to disagree. I find them very convenient particularly when waking up in the morning after a heavy night and preparing for a good morning session. But then I am old.

For the past 5 years I have purchased my Kamagra from the pharmacy next to the Bully's pub almost at the corner of Sukhumvit and Nana. The guy serving me has been the same guy for past five years and on the days of an alcohol ban they have always been cool to serve me alcohol in a plastic bag. Good place and their produxt worked well. They do a good price on a box of 50 kamagra gel sachets, and they will happily fill all your other drug requirements (assuming they are legal LOL) that other countries have problems in fulfilling.

You took the words right out of my mouth. You are too use to bath houses in Japan. In my opinion in the future if there is one you got to get over the dirty water thing? Even if you were to visit a cleaner facility you got the same dirty water coming in from the pipes (can't drink that water no matter where you are in Thailand ). You got to remember you were in the tub too! Under your situation even if the girl gave you a BBBJ in the tub you still would have been thinking about YOUR dirty bath water. Getting a BBBJ in the tub is up to the provider but maybe the girl saw facial your facial expression of looking at the dirty water instead of her and did you a favor and got you out of there.

Even if your got a soapie with the air mattress you might not have enjoy it since it is on the floor and that can't be much cleaner than your own dirt in the tub. Playing the "players" at their own game is not lame, its all part of the rich and varied possibilities in Bangkok. When you have lived here for over 20 years you go through phases on P4P being boring, or this or that being boring and so you try all sorts of variations, be it dating sites, clubs, pubs, massage, escort etc. And one such route is to find the girls who are players of games, and play the game with them by feeding them the info they want to hear.

These girls who go on the route I suggested are not good girls, they do do P4P but also they pretend to be nice and innocent "office" girls out for a party. Therefore if you want to play their game and not be played by them, you adapt to the situation.
