I daresay this is the death-knell for the Hill.
In related news, Mi-hae, Yu-ri, Min-hee and one other from ING are now relocated in Shamrock, around the corner at the top of the Hill.

Every horny guys out there in Seoul area should note of what I'm going to let you know.
Recently government is being tight on the prostitution. So traditional "red light district' have been gone.
But as you know, Koreans are one of the horniest animal in the world, so those red light district is mutating into various forms to survive.
One of the best form is so-called "officetel". It cost about Korean 130G or 160G Korean Won depending on the level of the girls you choose. The procedure requires you to be able to speak basic Korean on the phone. It goes like this :
There are a few of website that you can browse the 'officetel' with real pictures of girls (yes! They are real!) such as www.agassy.com Or yasome. Com, refering to the photos and description (yeah, you need to be able to read Korean) on the website, choose the girl you want. Then pick up the phone and make a reservation, usually they charge with the time and no. Of ejaculation you want to make. 60min for 1 shot. 90min for 2 shot are usual options that you can have, then all you have to do is to be prepared with the cash and be there on time.
When you get to the venue, please make another call for double check, then you'll be ushered to the small apartment room where the girl you chose is. (the clock will be set from the moment you enter the room, you 'only' have 60 min or 90 min as you choose.) take a shower as the girl direct (some girl would give a shower and scrub your body, which we call 'shower service'.) then a little chat to smooth the atmosphere would be recomended. She will know when you want to start. Then blah blah. After finish your work here, take another shower, then step out.
I'm telling you men, officetel is the right place where you can have gorgeous korean girl you've never imagined before. If you need a little help from me. Call me at 010-8961-7460 I'm not a pimp, I'm just a humble man who wants to share pleasure with you guys. Good luck.
I've never asked the mamasan or pimp about they accept foreigners or not. But

Posts: 154Massage + HE near City Hall
I have recently become a paid up member of this site, after lurking for a couple of years. Time for me to give back.
Thanks to some of the good reports on this site, I have had some good experiences. I am frustrated, however, by the lack of directions or maps included in some reports. I am committed to providing maps with any place I report on, and to tracking down some reports of distinction and piecing them together with maps. Thanks already to JohnnyCanuck for helping me find where his DBP place was.
It is surprising how few reports I have been able to find about anything near the City Hall area. Yes, there is the Koreana. I went there once a few years ago on a Saturday, and was given a good (but expensive) legit massage by a bulky 40-something ajumma. At the end, she offered me "service", and despite her excellent massage on my prostate gland through my perineum or 'taint, ' I wasn't turned on at all, and turned down the proferred hand relief. She seemed amazed and asked me in Korean "How can you stand it?" I never went back.
There are a couple of other options in the neighborhood.
There is the Dadong Sauna (see here: http://dmaps.kr/7hq8). It is a men's only sauna, open 24 hours a day. 365 days a year. It is nice to go anytime you are in the area and need a soak. Not a fancy bathhouse. Just your standard 3 o4 4 baths and a wet and dry sauna, sleeping room, workout room, etc. But they have good massages there. The massage is a legit 60+ minute massage with back-walking, oil on your back, steam towels, etc. Then at the end you have a nice hand relief. Depending on the girl, she may ask if you want "seobiseu" (service) or "mamuri" at the end, or she might just get into it. It doesn't cost any extra and it feels good, so what the heck.
Downsides: they don't speak any English, there is no mutual touching that I have experienced, the girls keep their tops and bottoms on at all times, some girls will sit on the foot end of the bed and hook your legs over theirs and then work your Johnson, they also put the face pack on you just before they begin that part (I like to have an unobstructed view so I ask for no face pack).
The girls are mostly in their early to mid 30s. Quite friendly and professional, but maintain their distance. The massage has recently gone up from 80, 000 won to 90, 000 won. The bathhouse itself costs around 5 or 6, 000 won to get in. All up, you will need about 2 hours (bath, massage, wash off, get dressed, etc).
There is also this barber shop (here: http://dmaps.kr/7hqh). It is in the B2, so pass the hof / cafe on B1 and keep going down. Haircuts can be had there, but they are fairly basic short back and sides. Receiving a haircut while stripped down to your wifebeater and underpants might feel a bit strange to some. It did to me. Then comes the massage. It is a legit massage followed by HE. Oil on the back, but also down your ass-crack and then some oily fondling of your pecker while you lie on your stomach. Some guys might pop at that point but I never have. Back walking, steam towels is an option, foot washing, the works. During the end part, your mileage will vary. Some girls unzip their little crop top so that you can reach a hand in and under their bra, some will pull the top and bra up, exposing their puppies, some will even pull their panties down so you can play under the skirt. One friend says that he even gets a ride, but I have never experienced that yet.
Downsides: it is not a proper massage bed, but a large barber chair with the pack flipped down to resemble a bed. Not recommended for big fellows. The girls are well into their 30s and maybe 40s in some cases. The place is in the basement and it smells a little musty.
The massage costs 70, 000, but they like you to tip especially if you touch the girl a lot. Also if you are the first customer of the day.
Still on this neighborhood, I once printed out a Korean list of HE / HJ places in the area and walked to almost all of them. Most seem to have closed down / buildings destroyed / etc etc since the list was complied. Does anybody have any details on other good places in the Jongno / City Hall / Euljiro nexus?

You can do better at many of the sports massage places around Seoul that will cost you about 70, 000.
The Koreana Hotel spa is at least 100, 000. If you go Kangnam near the Airport Terminal and COEX, there are so
Many and most if not all will take non Koreans.

Looking Inrok:
Re. Hyu-gyae-tel and "Skin Management" (#6124) :
You described the best Hyugaetel place as being "A place with a similar sign setup in Shinchon on the main road between Sinchon and Ewha stations."
I walked between Shinchon Subway Station and Ewha Subway Station on both sides of the street without finding one of those establishments (my Korean is fine and I have seen similar signs for years). Was it perhaps between Sinchon RAILWAY station and Ehwa Subway Station?
Also, re."Some silver lining" (#6077) :
You wrote:
"So, I was out and a little drunk the other night in Jongro. I saw one of those places that advertises massage by female college students. It didn't specify sports massage or any of that. [. ] Unfortunately, I can't remember exactly where this place was due to the involvement of alcohol, but I wanted to write up this report to let you guys know that there is quality action out there for decent prices."
I realize that you were drunk and took a taxi both ways, but I would love to try to narrow it down if possible. Was it on the Jongro main drag or one of the back streets? Was it upstairs or downstairs? Have you ever been there again? Could you find it on Daum road view?
About 2 months ago inspired by your report I walked from City Hall to past Dongdaemun, following the north side of Jongno (main drag and back streets) without success. Can you give any pointers at all?
