    Barrio Baretto Barfines

I realize BF are between 1, 300 and 1, 800. How much is customary to give the girl on top of that?

    Subic

As noted in the posts below, there is a much fun to be had in Subic. I also stayed at the Arizona Hotel. My buddy and I frequented the floating bar several times for a mid-day encounter, then relaxed until around 6PM when the local bars opened. Great girls, excellent attitudes! Lots of fun.

The hotel arranged a van to pick us up in Manila and even arranged four girls to ride with us for "relaxation" during the ride. Since we arrived at the hotel after closing time, we each took two of the girls to our respective rooms for the evening. We made similar arrangements for the trip back. Gavin can set up whatever transportation arrangements you desire, including food, drinks, etc.

I prefer a beach environment so this works for me. I would say the only drawback is there is no dedicated "blow row" like Santos Street in AC. There is some good talent around, but still a bit reserved insofar as a willingness to mix it up a bit.

Next visit I may make a day trip to AC to bring a couple of "blow queens" to Subic for an overnight treat. If anyone has any recommendations for two girls to compete in the Angeles City BJ of the year contest, please let me know. They will win a free vacation to Subic.

Tommo is the owner and Gavin is the managaer

Contact Gavin by name through their website and he will make it right. Whatever it is.

Subic girls attitude is closer to that of the Perimiter Road / Don Juico girls

i love ac but after a week i need to go to peurto galera or subic, or both, for the sake of doing more than just fucking itself. there are alot of options for [CodeWord118], adventures, even mid day bf / ewr from the early oopening bars to the 3 floating bars all loaded with "employees". pg has limited mid day romp options but is superior diving to subic. there are 40+ great dive sites in pg and many are worth 2 or 3 trips each. i have 500+ dives in pg in the last 5 years and it lacks pelagic but awesome in every other respect. there are 10 good divesites in subis. 8 of them wrecks and worth 1 dive each, maybe 2. vascos has just opened up a satelite shop at the arizona too. gavin manages the arizon owned by tommo and it is great place to be. it is every mongers "cheers" the hotel, the regular bar and restrauntg by the pool, the sports bar / gogo bar "score" and the floating bar are all great reasons to never leave the arizona umbrella of options. great staff. i have also stayed at the palm tree resort and subic grand seas of barriio barretto (monger central) or baloy beach where i have stayed atsheavens, harleys and the wild orchid inn. all great places with the exception of harleys. they have a great sports bar but don't stay there. all the subic barfines are between 1300 and 1800 pesos with almost all of them at 1500 for lt or st just work it out with the girls and mamas.

in peurto galera i have be een about 13 times and each time i have stayed at the atlantis dive resort. night mongering only (8pm. 2am) barfines in pg have risen to 3k pesos with the new korean ownership that has fucked all of us.

i think overall the arizona is the place to be in subic. it is no ac / edsa / makati burgos or malate of early but of the almost 20 bars there are dozens and dozens of hotties left unbarfined every night. if you want som real adventure go west on national highay for 12-15 km and go to the nude bf bars of calapadayan. you may be the only white or dark face there. b ut some of the women of the 25+ bars are truly striking!

i prefer the safer no risk bars of barrio barretto.

    fuck well mongers.

    Currently in Barrio Baretto

I am presently at the Arizona Resort in Barrio Baretto, having arrived a couple of days ago from Frankfurt Germany where it is minus 5 degrees Celcius with snow and ice.

I'm sitting at the bar enjoying a light sea breeze, contemplating a trip to the floating bar just offshore for a san miguel beer and perhaps a short term relationship with one of the twenty or so girls available for about 1500 Pesos for up to 24-hours.

For those of you hooked on Angeles City, you may want to consider some time by the sea in the Barrio. It's more low key and in my opinion the girls are more easy going. There are enough bars and girls within a short walk to meet ones companionship needs. There are also lots of daytime options ranging from chilling out at the beach bar, ocean swiming, jet skiing, fishing, scuba lessons. Etc, etc.

Another big plus for me is safety. It seems as if Angeles City is slowly changing in ways I don't care for.

At low tide there is a bit of a beach. I think it was about 2500 for a deluxe. Twice I stayed in VIP and that was about 3800.

Does anyone know the manager / owner? I would like to make a more formal complaint. I'm afraid an email or even a letter might not go to correct person.

But a quick summary: if you spent Christmas with a plugged toilet at Sheavens, don't expect any sympathy from the management. The best you will get is the reply,"Well, these things happen at a 50 room hotel."

You should do what I plan to do the next time I'm there.

Hire a trike for the night to take you barhopping; he should know the location of all the bars.

You should be able to get a good reasonable price for the trike.

    FH Bar at G Home

My girl took me to FH Bar 2 nights ago. Nice upscale bar in Olongapo. Only one girl dances at a time. Found most of the girls there to be older wearing too much makeup but quite a few had nice big breasts.

Costs 2600 for barfine. Did not buy any lady drinks. Anyone ever barfine a girl from this place?

    Rip off I and Calapandayan

Stay out of the strip joint on Calapandayan. Went there last year and ordered 2 drinks for me and my lady friend. Each something like 85 pesos for juice. Bill comes and it is 390 0r 490, something like that anyway. I asked about it and he says they add 200 or so pesos to the first drink cost. I said that we ask price before ordering but you didn't tell us about that. Oh, we always do that. Rather than argue about it we just left afte finishing our drinks.

Strip show was the worst I have seen, anywhere. Again, don't bother going it is a real waste of time and money.

The three different bar areas in greater Olongapo

The first one is in Olongapo City. You pass by it if you take the Southern Cross shuttle from Angeles. Saw several girlie bars. Not sure how many there are. Didn't hang out there.

The Southern Cross shuttle will then go over a small mountain with a good view of the bay. The road turns into National Hwy.

The Bario Baretta girlie bar scene starts around Arizona and ends at Midnight Rambler; several hundred meters. Maybe about 30 or 40 bars. The beers were between 55 to 70 pesos; the barfine (at the couple I asked) was 1500. The lady's drinks were mostly 150; some were 120. The clientele was mostly White with some Koreans. The scene is similar to Perimeter without the raunchy stuff. Bars are small; no nudity; best you get is maybe a 6. Bar with the most girls and customers was White Spot.

After the Bario Beretta girlie bar strip, the Southern Cross shuttle will then turn left to Baloy Long Beach Road. The beach hotels are there. There might be some bars with girls. I didn't check it out; if there are any, it'll be a small scene.

The other big girlie bar scene will be in Calapandayan. Instead of turning left to Baloy LB Road, go straight on National Hwy for a few kilometers. Then you will hit about 20 bars / karaokes in a 200 meter stretch in Calapandayan. There is nudity there. I think it depends on the girls. Some girls will not strip; some girls will go topless; some girls will go nude; actually, there is no "total" nudity; but some girls will strip to a string with a rope hanging in front, some will have a see thru skirt; some will have a see thru shawl covering only their breast. The clientele is mostly Filipino, with some Koreans and even less Whites. Beers were between 50 to 66 pesos; mostly 60. Chiqitata (sp?) had the most girls and customers. It's obvious in every area where the most popular bar is at; there have the most cars and moto-bikes parked in front.

Warning: The bar next to Chiqitata (sp?) , starts with an "I", something like Ichiwa, has a rip-off prick waitor. The beer was 50 pesos, but he changed the receipt to make it look like 80. I was suspicous because the 8 looked strange. I went and paid at the cashier. He looked offended and surprised when I didn't tip.

PS: Some poster asked about Black Filipinos. There is one at Catwalk; one at Angelwitch; and one at Lower Lips. The one at Catwalk was the cutest (maybe a 5) ; her breast wasn't that big. The one at Angelwitch had the most Black features (large lips, flat nose, large breast) , but I would rate her a 3. The one at Lower Lips was between those 2.

Pier One is classy place compared all the shit you usually see here. There are good bands playing cover music and definately worth of seeing. It is small time get-a-away from misery you see Barrio Barretto or AC.

That is good news. I have been using Jeepney getting there from BB. Then there is only about 1 km walk. Coming back same route is a bit trickier in a sense that most Jeepneys coming from Olongapo are already full packed and they will not stop. So sometimes specially in bad weather you probably need to wait over few Jeepneys. There are also trike guys on Jeepney stop but then you pay according how desperate they see you are. I was once quoted 150 PHP from there to BB.

Official taxi from BB will cost you 400 PHP one way. If first timer I would concider (and I did) using that option. You should also agree return and you get drivers cell number. The hotel receptionist will order you one.

There are shady unofficial drivers hanging on Pier One parking lot. I was once scammed 300 for 2km ride.

Pier one is a lot of fun. For music and hanging out. The night market is closed for the season now.

Sometimes there are some hot girls at pier one.

One of these days I will check out the discos or bars on base but I think they may be more expensive then I want.

The bridge opens on July 11 so will be easier to go to the base.

Also travellers hotel has half price on Sunday and Monday nights on base.

I have a car so travel is a bit easier

Well observed XM, you're right, you can't watch the sunset from Harley's as you're facing the wrong way. I do have fond memories of watching a sunset-type-thing there, must have been the dying rays glancing off the sea painting it amber.

For the record, in my experience the sea around Baloy is good for swimming despite the flotilla of freight ships moored directly off shore. I'm often astounded at the clarity of the water in Baloy given the bad omens.

For foodies who like seafood, the blue fin tuna steak on the BBQ (medium rare) at Blue Rock is a must. Excellent.

On the girl front, I've always found the chicks in the bars on the main road strip (The Office etc) kind of so-so. Much better pickings in Olongopo city center itself and there are some nice bars down there with live music. But you need to be relatively brave. There are not many Westerners wandering around central Olongopo late in the evening and those that are must stick out like a sore thumb to potential thieves. Having said that I've never been robbed there in Olongopo and there are rich pickings from a pussy perspective.

    Have fun,

    D1
