One other problem with being a gringo- we have a reputation about coming to brazil to screw gdp's. Thanks for that report I just gave Balcony Bar one shot when I was there I had to asked the girl with glasses a few times for a menu and she kept saying ok ok BUT never brought one. Now, IF you don't want some 35 year old with a bunch of kids and want some young 21 year old hot looking chick. (what about you that she wants? Are you fit? have a flat belly? I will try to answer your question the best I can, I haven't had a problem with females that I have asked out IF I have meet them in upscale places or areas such as Sao Conrade or even Ipanema.
