I wish I knew the answer and I also wish I made better investments in stocks! There really is no telling.

My gut says that prices will drop since there will be less demand with far fewer visitors. However, this is Ukraine and normal rules don't always apply. It may take some time for prices to go down unless the guys who visit after Euro-2012 keep paying and keep supporting the higher price structure. That would ruin it for all of us.

We will see what shakes out by September.

I 1st visited Ukraine for the Eurovision and couldn't get an apartment so stayed in Odessa but flew up for the night. Same thing happening this time, half the English tickets haven't been sold and there are reports of people staying away due to high prices.
