Please note that I haven't visited either of them yet.

this might not be your cup of tea, but during weekends bukit jambul complex is full of foreign workers.

hang around outside besides kfc and keep your eyes peeled for the possibility of those that are not there for the shopping, if you know what i mean. these girls are easily spotted with dyed hair, with accessories that appears larger than their heads, and doesn't look local. i'm sure by waving rm 150-200 will get you noticed. .

other than that, sorry i don't know of any hc / mps near that area.

Last time at Citi I had full service in the massage center with cute sexy Chinese girl, $110 RM plus house fee.
